PERCEPTION OF ORPHAN, SELF, PRAYER, FASTING IN SOME WORKS BELONGING TO HISTORICAL TURKISH DIALECTS

Abstract

Culture is the whole of material and spiritual values, lifestyles born from the common life of a nation. The religion that exist in these cultural values is the spiritual value of the beliefs that nourish the spiritual direction of people and hold the nation together. Religion sets out the values that must exist to guide societies and enable them to live together. Many religious artifacts, especially the Qur'an, have been formed for this purpose and in order to disseminate the religious bases, thoughts and opinions in these works, Sufis have been trained at all times. In this study, works belonging to historical Turkish dialects were evaluated. These works are: Karakhanid Turkısh period work, Divân-ı Hikmet; Kypchak Turkısh period works, Anonymous Row Koran Translation; Chagatai Turkish period Work, Mahbûbu’l-Kulûb; Old Anatolian Turkish period works, Yunus Emre is the Divan. The nafs, orphans, prayers and fasting perceptions in these works have been tried to be evaluated. Within orphan perception, the treatments that should and should not be done are stated. Within the self-perception, the subjects such as the treatment of the nafs, the complaint of in the nafs, the harm caused by the human being, and compliance with the nafs were discussed. In the perception of prayer and fasting, it was emphasized that reaching Allah, getting the desires of the creature, being a benefactor of God, and moving away from hell.In addition to, ın this study, it has been tried to show that these religious values which are important in liberation for this world and the Hereafter, haven’t been lost in time and are present in their works in every period, which makes people's life easier, increases tolerance and love.
