Abstract

This article attempts to draw attention to the important role of reading aloud as part of the foreign language teacher training. Because good formulating in writing and language is to be considered particularly in teacher education as a must. Especially the exemplary role of the teacher is not to be underestimated, despite changing methods in the teaching process. In particular, there is not much speaking areas of German students studying to become teachers. In studying German as a foreign language teacher can’t many students speak and write in German. This case demonstrates the need for different applications. Realization of these applications, it may be possible with different exercises and techniques to be included in the classroom. It was discussed with the students and found that they want to have reading aloud as a teaching technique. Therefore, elective courses opened as reading aloud, was adopted as a practice course where students often preferred. The activity in the foreign language improves reading comprehension, writing and vocabulary. For the Pronunciation is reading in a foreign language very important. At the same time the exemplification of appropriate expression in the German language, reading, and provide students with motivation.
