Also 2 educational sciences scholars' opinions have been taken. With the help of feedback from these multiple stages, the rubric was revised. After the revision, the rubric has become a scale consisting of 17 criteria comprised 5 groups (1. INTERNAL STRUCTURE: heading and introduction-body-conclusion paragraphs. 2.FICTION: thesis (goal), pro-arguments, counter-arguments, emotional routing, repetition, calling. 3.PERSUASIVENESS: citation, justification, elaboration. 4.EXPRESSION: connective words, necessity words. 5.EXTERNAL STRUCTURE: spelling, punctuation), 4 level of success (inadequate, developing, good, very good), 68 definitions of criteria standards. For rubric, range coefficient is calculated as 0.75. Achievement level score ranges are as follows: 1–1,75=inadequate, 1,76–2,51=developing, 2,52–3,27=good, 3,28–4,00=very good.
