ABOUT DIDACTIC COMPETENCIES OF THE UNIVERSITY PROFESSOR IN THE LIGHT OF MODERN LINGUISTIC APPROACHES


The development of the teacher’s skills and the achievement of the objectives requires the effort of all the university employees. As well as an effective participation of the organizers, the graduates and the community. And this will not happen unless we adopted the approaches linguistics of the teaching so we can reach a high level Quality of the university education. Since the modern linguistic research witnessed the Fast Mobility, so many approaches appeared in order to this Desired efficiency. We will stand at two of them so we can try to draw a clear picture for them and their positions, and we mean by that approaching the competencies and the Overall Quality, which proved their effectiveness. Also we will move on through this paper to draw up proposals for practical actions, and adapt them to what will harmonize with Arabic Environment and it’s potentials, as well as getting through the obstacles that we spotted to build a complete, effective and healthy Application.
