Today, a second foreign language learning has become need situation as never seen before. Individuals to meet tourism, trade, education, etc. in the field the needs and they want to learn a second language in order to be more effective areas of works. As a result of this request, individuals is to find want to see sightseeing or go to school in the country that wants see or training to maintain and he finds himself the target language in the learning environment. Those who want to learn Turkish with the aims to come to Turkey and they learn Turkish. In this context, many people who need to learn Turkish have recourse to the Turkish teaching institutions. The aim of this study is to draw attention achieve the ability to use effectively in the importance and function of task-based learning applications students who want to learn Turkish in Turkey as a second language by gaining the understanding and explaining skills especially listening and speaking. For this purpose in this study are mentioned the tasks of designing learning environments based approach applied by the learner autonomy, implementation and the activities that can be given during practice n achieving the intended outcomes of teaching and learning Turkish as a second language.
