In 1922, Ali Nihat Tarlan's post-doctoral studies of the Old Turkish Literature, which started with a doctoral dissertation, are being carried out intensely by the graduate students who are increasing in numbers in various branches of education, especially Turkish Language and Literature. As a result of examining a total of 2192 theses, 1733 of which were graduated in 1985-2017 and 459 of which were doctorates in the period of 1985-2017, it will be tried to show what the points of the theses in the field of Old Turkish Literature concentrate on and on what areas these trends are, . With this study, it was aimed to eliminate the ambiguities of the students who are studying at the graduate school in the process of academic study or thesis determination. The general trends of the theses prepared in 32 years period have been considered remarkable in terms of providing numerical data and guiding the researchers in terms of facilitating an idea.
