Accusative and Dative in the Book of Dede Korkut
DEDE KORKUT HİKÂYELERİNDE YÜKLEME VE YÖNELME DURUMU
Abstract
In this study were examined uses and intersection points of accusative and dative which are used in the book of Dede Korkut. In the study was determined that accusative item, used multiform, designates object affected by verb and dative item designates noun which completes verb in terms of meaning. In limited number of examples where the accusative item and dative item are used instead of each other, were seen that the situation depend on multiple reason and it also depends on the fact that nouns standing in the same place and used in same functions affect each other.
