ALMANCA ÖĞRETMENLİĞİ YÜKSEK LİSANS ÖĞRENCİLERİNİN LİSANSÜSTÜ EĞİTİM YAPMA NEDENLERİNE İLİŞKİN NİTEL BİR ÇALIŞMA

Abstract
Bu çalışmanın amacı Almanca Öğretmenliği bölümlerinde Yüksek Lisans yapan öğrencilerin Lisansüstü eğitim alma sebeplerini ortaya çıkarmaktır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda katılımcılara dört adet araştırma sorusu yöneltilmiştir. Bu araştırma nitel araştırma yöntemiyle ve durum çalışması deseninde tasarlanmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini Türkiye’de Almanca Öğretmenliği Lisansüstü eğitimi alan Yüksek Lisans öğrencileri oluşturmaktadır. Örneklemini ise Nevşehir Hacı Bektaş Veli Üniversitesi Sosyal Bilimler Enstitüsünde, Gazi Üniversitesi Eğitim Bilimleri Enstitüsünde ve Trakya Üniversitesi Sosyal Bilimler Enstitüsünde Almanca Öğretmenliği Yüksek Lisans eğitimi alan 31 öğrenci oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu kullanılmış olup toplanan veriler içerik analizi yöntemi ile analiz edilmiştir. Tüm araştırma soruları ışığında çalışmadan elde edilen bulgulara dayanarak Almanca Öğretmenliği alanında Yüksek Lisans eğitimi alan öğrencilerin kaliteli bir eğitimle kişisel özelliklerini geliştirerek bilimsel bir yön kazanıp iş yaşamlarında başarılı olabilmeleri için Lisansüstü eğitimi aldıkları sonucuna ulaşılabilir.

Abstract
The aim of this study is to reveal the reasons for graduate education in German Language Teaching departments. For this purpose, four research questions were asked to the participants. This research was designed with qualitative research method and case study design. The universe of the German Education Research Graduate education field in Turkey constitutes Masters students. The sample consists of 31 students who have received a Master's degree in German Teaching from Nevşehir Hacı Bektaş Veli University Institute of Social Sciences, Gazi University Institute of Educational Sciences and Trakya University Institute of Social Sciences. In the research, semi-structured interview form was used as the data collection tool and the collected data were analyzed by content analysis method. Based on the findings obtained from the study in the light of all research questions, it can be concluded that the students who receive a Master's degree in the field of German Language Teaching receive a postgraduate education in order to gain a scientific direction by developing their personal characteristics with a quality education and to be successful in their business life.
