Abstract
Gelişen ve değişen dünyada insanın da değişmesi ve gelişmesi kaçınılmazdır. Toplumların yapısında ve gereksinimlerinde meydana gelen bazı değişiklikler insanın da kendini değiştirmesine neden olmaktadır. Bu açıdan insan süreç içerisinde hem bağlı olduğu toplumda hem de diğer toplumlar arasında kullandığı iletişim yollarında değişikliğe gitmiştir. Bu değişiklik genellikle yeni bir dilin öğrenimi olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Özellikle sosyal, ekonomik ve siyasi bazı şartlar nedeniyle insanlarda gerek zorunlu gerek isteğe bağlı olarak farklı bir dil öğrenme ihtiyacı ortaya çıkmıştır. Bu ihtiyaç insanların ve toplumların hayatına “yabancı dil öğretimi” adında yeni bir kavramın girmesine neden olmuştur. Özellikle ulusların etkileşiminin artması bu kavramın önemini daha da arttırmış ve bu durumun bir sistematiğe dökülmesi gerekliliğini doğurmuştur. Bu gereklilik sonucunda yabancı dil öğretimi için yöntemler ve teknikler geliştirilmiştir. Çalışmanın amacı Türkçenin yabancılara öğretiminde görev temelli yöntemin işlevselliğini inceleyerek tekniklere bağlı olarak özgün etkinlikler oluşturmak ve Türkçenin yabancılara öğretimine katkı sağlamaktır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda çalışmada öncelikli olarak yöntemin tanımına, özelliklerine ve sonrasında yönteme bağlı olarak teknik ve iki özgün etkinliğe yer verilmiştir. Yöntem gereği etkinliklerde günlük yaşama dair görevler oluşturulmuş, görevlerin gerçekleştirilmesi aşamasında drama ve altı şapka düşünme tekniğinden yararlanılmıştır.

Abstract
It is inevitable for people to change and develop in the developing and changing world. Some changes in the structure and needs of societies have caused people to change themselves. In this respect, within the process people have changed the communication ways they use both in the society to which they belong and among other societies. This changing has usually appeared as the learning of a new language. Especially because of the some social, economic and political conditions, people have needed to learn a different language either compulsory or optional. This need has caused the introduction of a notion called ‘Foreign Language Teaching’ to the lifes of people and societies. Especially the increase in the interaction of nations has emphasized a lot the importance of this notion and this has led to the necessity of systemazing this situation. As a result of this necessity, methods and techniques for foreign language teaching have been developed. The purpose of the study by analyzing the functionality of the task-based method in teaching Turkish to foreigners, to create original activities depending on the techniques and to contribute to the teaching of Turkish to foreigners. In accordance with this purpose, the study has primarily included the definition and properties of the method, and secondarily, technique depending on the method, and two orginal activities. In accordance with the method, tasks related to daily life have been created in the activities, during the performance of the tasks, drama and six-hats thinking techniques have been used
