Abstract
XV. yüzyıldan itibaren ortaya çıkan ve yayılmaya başlayan halk hikâyeleri Türk halk edebiyatının en önemli anlatı türlerinden biridir. Kendine ait özelliklere ve anlatıcılara sahip olan bu gelenekte, aşk ve kahramanlık gibi konulardan oluşan çeşitli hikâyeler bulunmaktadır. Âşık Garip hikâyesi de aşk konulu sevilen halk hikâyelerinden biridir. Hikâye gerek Türk dünyasında gerekse Ermeni, Gürcü gibi Türk olmayan milletlerce çok sevilmiş; geniş bir coğrafyaya yayılmıştır. Türk dünyasının birçok bölgesinde anlatılan Âşık Garip hikâyesinin motifleri, dünyanın birçok yerinde ve Türk anlatı geleneğinde mevcuttur. Âşık Garip hikâyesi daha önce bilinen bir konunun halk muhayyilesinde işlenmesiyle oluşmuştur. Çalışmamızda sevilen halk hikâyelerinden biri olan Âşık Garip hikâyesinde aşk, âşık ve sevgili konuları ele alınmıştır. Türk edebiyatında aşk, ilahî ve beşerî olmak üzere iki şekilde görülür. Şairler, ilahî aşkı işlerken beşerî unsurlardan faydalandıkları gibi, ilahî aşka ulaşmak için beşerî aşkı bir araç olarak kabul etmişlerdir. Türk halk hikâyelerinde âşık olma motifi önemli bir yer tutmaktadır. İncelenen hikâyede Âşık Garip’in bir güzele karşı duyduğu muhabbet anlatılır. Hikâyedeki aşk, evlilikle noktalanmak üzerine kurgulanır. Âşık, soyut bir varlığa değil, gerçekte yaşayan bir güzele âşık olur. Âşığın amacı bu güzele kavuşmaktır. Hikâyede yer alan sevgili gerçek hayatın içinde, yaşayan, acı çeken, sevinen, somut bir güzeldir. İnceleme sonucunda, Âşık Garip hikâyesinde anlatılan aşk, âşık ve sevgili kavramlarının, zaman zaman klasik ve tasavvufî edebiyatta anlatılanlardan çeşitli unsurlar taşısa da, temelde çok farklı niteliklere sahip olduğu görülmüştür. Halk edebiyatının farklı türlerinde ayrı ayrı yapılacak bu tarz çalışmalarla, halk edebiyatı ile ilgili genel sonuçlara ulaşmaktan ziyade, her bir tür için ayrı niteliklere sahip âşık ve sevgili portresi ortaya çıkarılmalıdır.

Abstract
The folk tales, which appeared in the 15th century and began to spread, are one of the most important of narratives of Turkish folk literature. This tradition has its own unique qualities and narrators and it consists of different stories which are composed of subjects such as love and heroism. Âşık Garip story is one of the popular folk tales which is about love. The story was loved not only in the Turkish world but also by the nations who were not Turkish such as Armenian and Georgian and it spread to a wide area. The motifs of Âşık Garip story which is told in many regions of the Turkish world exist in many places in the world and Turkish narrative tradition. Âşık Garip story was composed of a previously known subject in the imagination of people. In our study, love, lover, and beloved in Âşık Garip story, one of the most popular folk tales, were covered. Love in Turkish literature appears in two forms: heavenly and human. While poets were treating divine love, they benefited from human elements and to reach divine love, they accepted human love as a means. Falling in love in Turkish folk tales has a very important place. The story which is analysed tells a love story which Âşık Garip feels towards a beautiful girl. In the story, the plot is fictionalized to end up in marriage. Âşık (Lover) falls in love with a beautiful girl who lives, not an abstract being. The purpose of Âşık (Lover) is to reach this beautiful girl. The beloved in the story is a beautiful girl in the real life who lives, suffers, becomes happy. As a result of analysis, it was found that although the concepts of love, lover, and beloved told in Âşık Garip story sometimes bear various elements of classical and sufi literature, it basically has very different qualities. Carrying out such studies with different types of folk literature will reveal a different lover and a beloved profile for each genre instead of reaching general results in folk literature.
