MİKRO ÖĞRETİM TEKNİĞİNİ İLE İŞLENEN KONUŞMA EĞİTİMİ DERSİNE YÖNELİK TÜRKÇE ÖĞRETMEN ADAYLARININ GÖRÜŞLERİ

Abstract
Bu çalışmanın amacı, mikro öğretim tekniği ile işlenen Konuşma Eğitimi dersine yönelik Türkçe öğretmen adaylarının görüşlerini ortaya koymaktır. Dönem boyunca devam eden araştırmanın çalışma grubunu, Yüzüncü Yıl Üniversitesi, Eğitim Fakültesi, Türkçe Öğretmenliği Bölümünde bu derse devam etmekte olan öğrenciler oluşturmuştur. Uygulama evresinden sonra veriler toplanmıştır. Verilerin toplanmasında araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen Mikro Öğretim Tekniği ile İlgili Görüş Alma Formu kullanılmıştır. Nitel araştırma yöntemine göre toplanan veriler içerik analizine göre analiz edilmiştir. Araştırmada öğretmen adaylarının mikro öğretim tekniğine ve bu teknikle işlenen Konuşma Eğitimi dersine yönelik ne tür tepkiler geliştirdikleri bulgulanmaya çalışılmıştır. Çalışmanın bulguları literatürde yer alan benzer çalışmalarla karşılaştırılarak tartışılmıştır. Çalışmanın sonunda öğretmen adayları dersin mikro öğretim tekniği ile yürütülmesinden son derece memnun olduklarını, bunun konuşma ile ilgili sorunlarının giderilmesinde, konuşma becerilerinin geliştirilmesinde, konuşma kaygılarının giderilmesinde önemli katkılar sağladığını ifade etmişlerdir. Ayrıca yine öğretmen adayları mikro öğretim tekniğinin dersin zevkli ve eğlenceli bir ortamda işlenmesi, özgüvenlerinin artması, kendi eksiklerini görmeleri ve böylece kendileriyle yüzleşmeleri gibi daha birçok yararından bahsetmişlerdir. Çalışmanın sonunda eğitim fakülteleri yöneticilerine, lisans programlarının yapımcılarına, derse giren öğretim elemanlarına ve ilgili diğer kişi ve kurumlara çeşitli önerilerde bulunulmuştur.

Abstract
The aim of this study is to determine the opinions of Pre-service Turkish language teachers towards Speaking Education course conducted with microteaching. The study group of this research which lasted during all the term consists of the students who took Speaking Education course in the target term in Yuzuncu Yil University, Faculty of Education, Turkish Language Education Department. Data were collected after the application phase. For data collection, İnterview form developed by the researcher was used in order to get The Opinions of Pre-service Teachers Concerning Microteaching. Data collected according to qualitative research method were analyzed with content analysis. In this research, reactions developed by pre-service teachers towards microteaching and Speaking Education course conducted with this technique are tried to be presented. Findings of this research were discussed by comparing in the literature. At the end of the study pre-service teachers stated that they were profoundly contented with the courses that were conducted with microteaching and it made significant contributions to overcome the problems about speaking, to improve speaking skills and to dispel speaking anxieties. Besides, pre-service teachers expressed microteaching’s benefits such as taking the course in a pleasurable and enjoyable setting, increasing self-confidence, realizing their deficiencies and facing themselves etc. At the end of the study, various suggestions were presented to the administrators of education faculties, program developers, instructors and target people and institutions.
