Abstract
Bu çalışmada yabancı dil öğretmeni yetiştiren fakültelerde ders uygulaması olarak sesli okuma etkinliğinin önemine değinilmiştir. Bununla birlikte yabancı dil öğretmenin dil öğretirken model olduğu düşünüldüğünde, yabancı dil öğretmeninin gerek yazılı dil olarak gerekse sözlü dil olarak iyi bir ifade gücüne sahip olması gerekliliği ortaya çıkmaktadır. Özellikle Almanca öğretmeni olmak üzere eğitim gören öğrencilerin çok fazla Almanca konuşma alanı bulunmamaktadır. Bu durum farklı uygulamaların gerekliliğini ortaya koymaktadır. Bu uygulamaların gerçekleşmesi, farklı alıştırma ve tekniklere ders ortamında yer verilmesiyle mümkün olabilir. Bu çalışmada öğrencilerle görüşülmüş ve sesli okuma etkinliğine olan ihtiyaçları belirlenmiştir. Bu nedenle seçmeli ders olarak açılan sesli okuma dersi, öğrencilerin sıklıkla tercih ettiği bir uygulama dersi olarak kabul edilmiştir. Yabancı dilde okuma etkinliklerinin anlamaya, yazmaya, sözcük dağarcığının geliştirilmesine ve telaffuz çalışmalarına olan katkısı yadsınamaz. Aynı zamanda Alman dilinde uygun ifadelerin örneklendirilip okunması, Almanca konuşmakta zorlanan öğretmen adaylarına da bir güdülenme kaynağı oluşturmaktadır.

Abstract
This article attempts to draw attention to the important role of reading aloud as part of the foreign language teacher training. Because good formulating in writing and language is to be considered particularly in teacher education as a must. Especially the exemplary role of the teacher is not to be underestimated, despite changing methods in the teaching process. In particular, there is not much speaking areas of German students studying to become teachers. In studying German as a foreign language teacher can’t many students speak and write in German. This case demonstrates the need for different applications. Realization of these applications, it may be possible with different exercises and techniques to be included in the classroom. It was discussed with the students and found that they want to have reading aloud as a teaching technique. Therefore, elective courses opened as reading aloud, was adopted as a practice course where students often preferred. The activity in the foreign language improves reading comprehension, writing and vocabulary. For the Pronunciation is reading in a foreign language very important. At the same time the exemplification of appropriate expression in the German language, reading, and provide students with motivation.
