Abstract
The human who does not give importance to his life that excessive use of cigarettes and alcohol ends up with a tumor in his throat to eliminate this cancer must be surgery. This process is called laryngectomy, which means total amputation of the vocal acetone, thus depriving it of its output to produce the sound, which leads to isolation because it has lost its means of communication in addition to other consequences resulting from the total eradication of the throat, some of them {opening in the neck loss of smell and taste} For our interaction with this affected group, we thought of proposing a guiding protocol to help them live together and answer their questions. This protocol contains two sections, a special section for reporting (description of the voice device, voting mechanism, laryngectomy and its consequences). Section II tips for how to get rid of tracheal secretions, cleaning the tracheal tube, principles of acquisition of visual sound. When we tried this protocol, we used simple language, pictures and drawings so that we could understand comprehension
