Abstract
Çocukların edebiyatla tanışmasında ve kitapların çocuğun dünyasına dahil olmaya başlamasında şüphesiz ki masalların yeri büyüktür. Dünün ve bugünün değerlerini çağdaş bir anlayışla sunan nitelikli masal yapıtları hedef kitlenin gelişimine katkı sağlayan merkezi bir alandır. Çocuklara kitap sevgisi aşılamak, okuma alışkanlığını kazandırmak ve çocuğun birçok yönden gelişimini sağlamak maksadıyla çocuğun dünyasını yansıtan, çocuk gerçekliğine uygun ve çocuğa göre olan nitelikli çocuk edebiyatı yapıtlarıyla çocukları tanıştırmak gerekmektedir. Bu sebeple de çocuk edebiyatı ürünleri dış yapı ve iç yapı özellikleri açısından çocuğa görelik ilkesine uygun olmalıdır. Bu çalışmanın amacı, Mustafa Ruhi Şirin’in Çocukları Uçuran Masallar serisinde yer alan çağdaş masalları çocuğa görelik çerçevesinde incelemektir. Araştırmada, nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden doküman incelemesi kullanılmıştır. Doküman incelemesi yoluyla toplanan veriler betimsel analiz yöntemiyle analiz edilmiştir. Seride yer alan altı çocuk kitabı “dış yapı özellikleri”; kitap boyutu, kâğıt cinsi, sayfa düzeni, harf karakteri ve büyüklüğü, resim, kapak ve “iç yapı özellikleri”; konu, tema, kahramanlar, dil ve anlatım bakımından çocuğa göreliği incelenmiştir. Araştırmadan elde edilen veriler doğrultusunda, çalışma kapsamında incelenen çocuk kitaplarının gerek dış yapı özellikleri gerek iç yapı özellikleri açısından çocukların anlam evrenine uygun ve çocuğa göre özellikler taşıdığı belirlenmiştir. Çocukların ilgi ve gereksinimlerine uygun nitelikte uyaranlarla etkileşimde bulunması için öğretmenler, ebeveynler, çocuk kitabı yazarları ile çizerleri ve hatta yayınevleri konunun ne kadar önemli olduğunun bilincinde olmalı ve çocuğa göre kitaplar sunmalıdır.

Abstract
There is no doubt that tales have a great place in children's acquaintance with literature and the inclusion of books in the child's world. Quality tale works that present the values of yesterday and today with a contemporary understanding are a central area that contributes to the development of the target audience. In order to instill a love of books in children, to gain the habit of reading and to ensure the development of the child in many ways, it is necessary to introduce children to qualified works of children's literature that reflect the child's world, are suitable for the child's reality and are suitable for the child. For this reason, children's literature products should comply with the principle of relevance to the child in terms of external and internal structure. The aim of this study is to analyze the contemporary tales in Mustafa Ruhi Şirin's Children's Flying Tales series within the framework of child relativity. Document analysis, one of the qualitative research methods, was used in the study. The data collected through document analysis were analyzed by descriptive analysis method. Six children's books in the series were examined in terms of “external structure features”; book size, paper type, page layout, letter character and size, picture, cover; and “internal structure features”; subject, theme, heroes, language and expression. In line with the data obtained from the research, it was determined that the children's books examined within the scope of the study have child-friendly features that are suitable for children's universe of meaning in terms of both external and internal structural features. Teachers, parents, children's book authors and illustrators, and even publishers should be aware of the importance of this issue and present books according to the child in order for children to interact with stimuli appropriate to their interests and needs.
