Abstract
Manzum anlatım biçimi İslam dünyasında yaygın bir uygulama olup bu yolla yüzlerce eser kaleme alınmış, ayrıca manzum dilekçeler de yazılmıştır. Manzum biçimde yazılmış dilekçeler her alanda görülmekle beraber ilmiye sınıfı tarafından yazılmış olanları sanatkârane ve değerli bulunmaktadır. Manzum dilekçeler tıpkı kaside nazım şekli gibi yazılmış ve belli istekler direkt dile getirilmiştir. Bu dilekçelerde kasideden farklı olarak içinde bulunulan kötü durum dile getirilmiş ve talep edilen memuriyet veya görev de belirtilmiştir. Yani nerede hangi memuriyetin istendiği isim verilerek direkt söylenmiştir. Bu dilekçelerin büyük bir kısmı belli bir devlet dairesine veya görevlisine sunulduğundan arşiv belgesi hükmündedir ve Osmanlı arşivlerinde muhafaza edilmektedir. Osmanlı döneminde 16-18. yüzyıllarda bu şekilde çok sayıda dilekçe yazılmış ve bu uygulamanın önemli bir kısmı müftü ve kadı gibi daha alttaki ilmiye mensuplarınca üst makam olan kazaskere hitaben yazılmıştır. Çünkü ilmiyeye ait atama işleri o dönemde önce kazasker tarafından yapılıp sonra şeyhülislamın onayına sunulmaktaydı. Bu bildiride, azledilmiş bir kadı tarafından kazaskere hitaben merhamet dilenerek yazılmış manzum bir dilekçe incelenip tanıtılmaktadır. Bu dilekçede, İvrindi kadısı iken görevden alındığını söyleyen ve bundan dolayı kötü bir duruma düşerek geçim sıkıntısı çekmeye başlayan bir kişi kendi durumunu dile getirmekte ve görev talebinde bulunmaktadır. Çalışmamızda, içinde Arapça beyitler de bulunan bu dilekçe analitik biçimde incelenerek tanıtılacak ve çeşitli yönlerden değerlendirilecektir

Abstract
The verse form of expression is a common practice in the Islamic world, and hundreds of works have been written in this way, and petitions in verse have also been written. Although petitions written in verse can be seen in every field, those written by the scholar class are considered artistic and valuable. Poetic petitions were written just like the qasida verse form, and certain requests were directly expressed. In these petitions, unlike the eulogy, the bad situation was expressed, and the requested civil service or duty was specified. In other words, where and which civil service is desired was directly stated by giving a name. Since most of these petitions are submitted to a certain government office or official, they are in the form of archival documents and are kept in the Ottoman archives. Many petitions were written in this way in the 16-18th centuries during the Ottoman period, and an important part of this practice was written by members of the lower scholar, such as mufti and kadi, addressing the cadilesker, who was the upper authority. Because at that time, the scholar's appointments were first made by the cadilesker and then submitted to the approval of the sheikh al-Islam. In this paper, a verse petition written by a dismissed kadi, addressed to the qadiasker, asking for mercy, is examined and introduced. In this petition, a person who was dismissed when he was a judge of İvrindi and because of this, he fell into a bad situation and started to suffer from financial difficulties reveals his situation and demands a job. This petition, which also contains Arabic couplets, will be analyzed, introduced, and evaluated from various aspects in this paper.
