Abstract
Teknolojide yaşanan gelişmeler, dinleme eğitimini olumlu yönde etkilemiştir. Video içerikli platformlar, e-öğrenme ortamları, web araçları, dijital dokümanlar, akıllı tahta uygulamaları, mobil uygulamalar ve çeşitli internet siteleri aracılığıyla dinleme eğitimi zenginleşmiştir. Dinlemeye yönelik dijital araç ve ortamların kullanım oranı artmış, öğrencilerin dijital okuryazarlık becerilerini edinmelerinin önemi ortaya çıkmıştır. Bununla birlikte dil becerilerinin gelişiminde dijital araç ve ortamların kullanımına yönelik öğretmen ve öğrenci rolleri de değişmiştir. Teknolojinin içine doğan günümüz çocuklarının gereksinimlerini karşılamak için öğretmenlerin teknolojiden daha fazla yararlanması gerekliliği ortaya çıkmıştır. Öğretmenlerin çeşitli teknolojik materyal ve uygulamalar aracılığıyla öğrencilerin ilgilerinin derste kalmasına dikkat etmeleri önemlidir. Öğrencilerin dersi dinleyebildiği süreler göz önünde bulundurulduğunda; öğretmenlerin derslerinde görsel ve işitsel araçlarla desteklenmiş web tabanlı uygulamalardan yararlanması, öğrencilerin dersi dinleme sürelerini artırarak eğitimin başarıya ulaşmasında önemli bir adım oluşturacaktır. Bu bağlamda; dinleme eğitiminin web tabanlı uygulamalarla desteklenmesinin, dinleme becerisinin gelişiminde önemli bir adım olabileceği düşünülmektedir. Bu çalışmada dinleme eğitimine yönelik web tabanlı uygulamalar tespit edilerek açıklanmaya çalışılmıştır. Araştırmada doküman analizi yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Araştırma kapsamında veriler; web tabanlı uygulamalar, web tabanlı araçlar, web 2.0 araçları, dijital araçlar, dijital materyaller, dijital uygulamalar konularındaki yerli ve yabancı bilimsel yayınlardan (makale, kitap, kitap bölümü vb.) elde edilmiştir. Yapılan alanyazın taramasından sonra dinleme eğitimi için uygun olan 76 web tabanlı uygulama tespit edilmiş ve listelenmiştir. Daha sonra bu uygulamalar, kullanım alanları kapsamında değerlendirilerek açıklanmaya çalışılmıştır.

Abstract
Developments in technology have positively affected listening training. Listening training has been enriched through video content platforms, e-learning environments, web tools, digital documents, smart board applications, mobile applications and various websites. The use of digital tools and environments for listening has increased, and the importance of students acquiring digital literacy skills has emerged. At the same time, the roles of teachers and students regarding the use of digital tools and environments in the development of language skills have also changed. In order to meet the needs of today's children born into technology, it has become necessary for teachers to make more use of technology. It is important for teachers to ensure that students remain interested in the lesson through various technological materials and applications. Considering the time students can listen to the lecture; teachers' use of web-based applications supported by visual and audio tools in their lessons will be an important step in achieving success in education by increasing the time students listen to the lesson. In this context; it is thought that supporting listening training with web-based applications can be an important step in the development of listening skills. In this study, web-based applications for listening training were identified and explained. Document analysis method was used in the research. Within the scope of the research, data were obtained from domestic and foreign scientific publications (articles, books, book chapters, etc.) on web-based applications, web-based tools, web 2.0 tools, digital tools, digital materials, digital applications. After the literature review, 76 web-based applications suitable for listening training were identified and listed. Then, these applications were evaluated and explained within the scope of their usage areas.
