Abstract

The emotional factors that underlie the many behaviors that people have shown in their daily lives today direct the communication, lifestyle and behavior that people have established between their lives and their work lives. Emotions emerge as one of the most important elements that distinguish human beings from human beings and other beings. This research was designed with a phenomenological pattern, one of the qualitative method designs, aiming to determine the opinions of class teachers on how they direct their emotions in the classroom environment and how they manage their emotions The study group of study consisted of 48 people who worked as class teachers in the education year of 2016-2017. The data were collected through interview form. In this study, data were analyzed using descriptive analysis technique.
