These studies are particularly valuable in providing general information. When intended for dialect studies based provinces Turkey Turkish dialects are largely completed. In this case, Turkey Turkish dialects while contributing to the preparation of the grammar also brings with it the need to examine separately the narrower region. Therefore, especially in the center of a district or some neighborhoods, dialect examinations made from a single village based on reviews. In this study, only the texts collected from some neighborhood of the Trabzon were taken as basis.Trabzon, were divided into two groups in their dialect is a dialect region of the Northeast group assessed the scale of Turkey. Most of the work done to date about the region's dialects covers the whole of Trabzon. There is no doubt that these studies are important and fill a large gap; but districts, villages and neighborhoods dialects can also be reviewed in detail. Because small collections are often limited in comprehensive studies. Therefore, in this study, it is investigated that the texts about the vowels and vowels are based on the texts collected from Arsin district center. The findings were compared with previous studies on the region.
